Andrés I. García Diaz is an undergraduate at Boston College, majoring in Economics and International Studies. He plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Economics, with the possibility of continuing toward a PhD. Andrés has experience in federal fund management and has worked as a research assistant for several economics professors, where he examined critical issues such as the impact of educational organizations on low-performing schools. His academic and professional interests center on strengthening institutions and organized groups through advocacy informed by empirical research. In his free time, Andrés enjoys playing water polo, exercising, spending time with friends and family, and listening to podcasts.
